Every week teachers choose children who have been good learners and demonstrated our GROW attitude towards learning. They will have shown: G - Grit R - Risk O - Optimism W - Work hard Here are some of our award winners from the Spring term.
All these children received a FAB in the second half of the Autumn term for: F - Fantastic A - Attitude B - Behaviour They displayed these qualities all half term. Well done everyone - fantastic to see.
A group of our Key Stage 2 children went to the Douglas Legion Club to sing carols and Christmas songs. After their performance they were lucky enough to meet Santa.
Key Stage 1 performed "Hey Ewe" to a pack house in early December. Everyone had a great time sharing this fun version of the Christmas Story. Thanks to all the Key Stage 1 staff for organising it all.
On Wednesday, 11th December, Year 5 and 6 headed to our local Church, St. George's, to celebrate Christmas. Friday 29th November was our annual Christmas Craft Day. The children had great fun making a range of different objects and decorations. We all enjoyed wearing our Christmas jumpers. Thank you to Miss McCabe and Mrs Walmsley for organising and to the parents and governors who came to help.
