Children's Mental Health Week 2025 took place from 3-9 February 2025.
As a school we supported this as we believe helping each other understand emotions helps us all be better members of our community.
This year, Children's Mental Health Week focussed on Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.
We want to encourage children, young people and adults to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them.
This will help them grow and develop resilience to cope with what life throws at them.
As part of our work, each class chose someone to receive a "Kindness and wellbeing ambassador award." This went to someone who can walkabout their own feelings and emotions and shows care and empathy for others.
